Our e-commerce storefront management (ESM) program is designed for manufacturers, suppliers, retail store owners, or any established business with the capability of shipping their products that doesn't want to develop and maintain a website.
For businesses that qualify, Primordium will create a brand and domain name(s) and develop an online store centered around your products. We'll build the site, host it, maintain it, market it, and handle the credit card processing and pre-shipment customer service at our expense. Your job is to pack and ship the orders, which we'll supply to you as a daily feed or in a variety of importable formats. With this arrangement, you're dealing directly with us and not the end-user: we collect the money from the customer and pay you directly.
This is a partnership opportunity available to select businesses who meet our qualifications. Each ESM request is reviewed on a case by case basis, so simply meeting the minimum criteria does not necessarily mean your products will fit our business model or desired market sectors. Since Primordium will be making a substantial investment in building a brand based entirely on your ability to fulfill the orders, we are interested only in long-term partnerships with established, profitable suppliers. We may also require a credit check.
